Customized Helical Static Mixer Solutions

The helical static mixer is well known within the motionless mixing industry for over 50 years. It is a cost effective static mixer with moderate mixing performance capabilities. It is most suitable for use in small diameter turbulent and laminar flow applications where the mixing task is simple and where it’s characteristic features of low pressure drop and an open geometric structure is best for the application.

For applications that need highly efficient mixing, VANEM can offer high performance static mixers. These are completely designed and validated by the latest CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamics) methods and are recommended for specific (laminar or turbulent) flow applications where high temperature, pressure or other extreme process parameters occur.

The Helical static mixers are available in metal, PTFE or PEEK construction in a wide variety of configurations and sizes.
